Sistem ini menyatukan pengelolaan data karyawan, absensi dan jadwal kerja, cuti dan lembur, payroll dan billing, approval, hingga patroli serta monitoring aktivitas tim lapangan. Disosite merancang OdiHRIS agar dapat digunakan oleh berbagai bagian perusahaan melalui hak akses yang disesuaikan, mulai dari Super Admin, HR, Finance, Operasional, Karyawan, hingga Client Admin. Setiap pengguna memperoleh dashboard dan fitur sesuai kebutuhan kerjanya, sehingga data lebih aman, proses persetujuan lebih terstruktur, dan koordinasi antarbagian menjadi lebih efisien.
